About the Role
An opportunity exists for a reliable, enthusiastic, Workflow Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone with experience within the construction industry who is looking to advance their career and join a dynamic team.
The Workflow Administrator will work closely with departments to co-ordinate and facilitate projects through the pre-contract administration phase. In addition to this role the position will provide support to front of house reception requiring relief once a week.
Duties as a Workflow Administrator will include but are not limited to:
Issue and receive work functions through departments and 3rd party stake holders.
Monitor and report on functions within the administration process between initial sale to contract preparation.
Preparation of contract documentation for submission to the client.
Provide reception relief which includes 1 day a week and lunch time periods.
Assist sales staff to achieve document compliance for projects submitted into the business.
Assist with the co-ordination of sales lead delegation.

Keys to Success
With a passion and proven experience in the residential construction industry, central to success will be:
Minimum 2 years of proven industry experience with a sound understanding of residential construction methods and terminology.
Excellent communication skills, both visual, written and verbal, with a high level of presentation, organisation, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with the candidate having proven experience in managing and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Competent with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with database and workflow tracking software is a benefit.
