You will be part of the wider administration team and you will be responsible for supporting the business with a variety of administrative tasks. You will be required to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to work on a vast variety of tasks and have the opportunity to learn and develop.
Duties and responsibilities
General administration, data entry
Updating client management systems.
Accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
Actioning Incoming calls and emails and correspondence
General Reception support
Skills and experience
1-2 years’ experience in retail, customer service, call centre, general administration or business support
Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily tasks
Proactive, motivated and switched-on nature
Strong oral and written communication skills
