The role
• Provide technical expertise and knowledge
• Collaborate with our designers and drafters
• Critically review design drawings and documentation
• Predominantly mining-based civil infrastructure; light and heavy vehicle roads, drainage, bulk earthworks, on/off-site water management, flood levees, traffic studies, and other mine-related infrastructure
The ideal candidate
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience in the design of the following projects; road & drainage, bulk earthworks, stormwater, dams, and rehabilitation • Demonstrated understanding of Civil Engineering codes, Engineering standards, specifications, and procedures
• Excellent communication
• Microsoft Office Suite, 12D and AutoCAD proficient
