The role will include
Staff Management - Hiring, training, and supervising all front-of-house employees Staff Rosters & Budget - Create and maintain weekly rosters for Front of House Staff and managing budgets Customer Service - Leading the team as the face of the business, serving as the lead for handling customer inquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting and advising customers Daily Takings - Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members Compliance - ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines The ideal candidate must have: A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plus at least three years experience in a similar role Knowledge of Italian food and wine Management and leadership skills Demonstrated customer focus If this sounds like you and you wish to join a dynamic team, please forward full CV.
