The Role
As a Junior CAD Draftsperson, your time will be split between field work and the office, accurately measuring existing buildings and producing the required documentation utilising the latest surveying and 3D scanning equipment on a wide range of projects.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to hit the ground running being comfortable in a face paced environment to accurately produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD software for architectural and survey drawings.
You will have completed your studies in Building Design, Architectural Technology, Surveying or similar & have an interest in all aspects of the industry which includes surveying.
Some experience in AutoCAD would be a strong advantage, and Revit would be a bonus.
Important qualities for our ideal candidate will include:
1- 2 years’ experience in a similar drafting role would be an advantage but not essential
Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD would be desirable
An ability to problem solve
Attention to detail & documentation accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
A current driver’s license
