OPPORTUNITIES
• You will be responsible for team and organisational management to meet the objectives of the APAC SaaS Delivery Technology function • You will ensure all customer-facing and internal projects are delivered in line with commitments to high quality • You will ensure all processes, policies and procedures are adhered to • You will drive a culture of continuous improvement to improve process efficiency and quality of delivery • You will be responsible for management of budget • You will work with 3rd party vendors supporting SaaS customers • You will engage with customers and prospects • You will foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align APAC with global direction • You will propose design and architectural solutions and oversee implementation of the design approaches and business integration through all stages of system development • You will manage prioritisation, capacity and skills of the team to deliver agreed objectives • You will maintain strong organisational management to ensure the team perform at the highest standards • You will apply all necessary legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policies • You will support the Technology team through guidance, research and removing blockers
REQUIREMENTS

• You should have 5 years of team management experience • You should have10 years of Software or Platform Engineering experience with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Cloud-specific projects • You should have 3 year of experience in FinTech or Financial Products • You should have banking knowledge and/or experience (Vendor or Client side) • You should have Java and JBoss experience • You should have Azure, AWS platform experience • You should have leadership skills; experience providing mentoring and support to senior managers • You should have Banking or finance experience • You should have knowledge of Temenos products • You should have strong communication skills in the English language • You should have customer support experience • You should have experience working in highly agile environments • You should have strong focus on quality and delivering on your commitments • You should have a keen interest in improving and streamlining technology solutions
