Core Job Description
The following to be completed in managing clients' accounts:
General Ledger is updated in a timely and accurate manner
Invoicing and Supplier Payments
Payroll and Superannuation
Month end, inventory and ad-hoc reconciliations
Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
Liaise with Tax Accountant on BAS, FBT and Payroll Tax
High level of client engagement
To be Successful for this role, you must have the following:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a full-time accounting role
Qualified, part qualified or plan to become a CA / CPA
Experience in using Xero and Excel
Experience in working with small to medium size businesses
High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills
