Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

You will need to demonstrate effective time management skills and be able to help lead a team of chefs. Responsibilities • Day to day overseeing of closing procedures • Responsible for ordering and par levels of all produce • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff • Ensure appealing plate presentation • Supervise chefs and assist as needed • Monitor food stock and place orders • Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area The ideal candidate will have: • Cert III in Commercial Cookery • Experience in restaurant kitchen operations • The understanding of following systems and procedures • Experience with ordering, stocking, and general duties as required • Great communication and interpersonal skills • Good time management and organizational skills • A passion for the hospitality industry and putting the guests at the heart of everything you do
