An opportunity for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This role is 16hrs per week with the potential for more hour early next year. It offers flexibility around days and work hours, immediate start. Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Liaising with tenants and agents to book appointments for the service to be conducted. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning resources to jobs. Completing quotations for rectification works to be approved and completed. Weekly reporting General administrative duties Providing various kinds of administrative support to all team members. The successful applicant should possess the following skills: Excellent communication skills and phone manner Ability to show initiative and be proactive with day-to-day tasks Strong administration skills. High attention to detail Client orientated approach to their work Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Education and Experience Requirements Previous administrative experience highly regarded. Knowledge of appropriate software including proficient use of word, excel and outlook
