Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

In this role, your duties will include but are not limited to: Telephone and client greeting Managing client appointments scheduling in Microsoft Outlook Managing Daily incoming and outgoing mail Managing Client Correspondence including photocopying, collation of tax returns and binding of documentation to be sent to clients as required by Accounting staff. Management of client Files in our Electronic Filing System Maintaining office supplies and resources Administration Support when required to all Haden Partners Staff The successful applicant will need to have: Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player” Strong written and oral communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills including work with Microsoft Word and Excell Ability to work with new software programs under pressure Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Previous professional accounting office administration preferred but not essential Fully Vaccinated You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job.
