Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Key responsibilities; Liaising with the Delivery Lead on project implementation and testing Requirement gathering with clients and vendors including documentation for the Integration needs. Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs and facilitation of sign-off with customers. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve problems with platform integrations. Collaborate with the engineering teams to architect efficient and stable integrations. Document and analyse current business processes and underlying systems/applications. Lead the research, development & implementation of new client projects. Provide guidance on the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of support issues in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders. Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users. Aligning and designing solutions to business objectives and support the delivery of the change through the project lifecycle. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate insights to key stakeholders. Experience Required; Strong ICT Business Analyst experience in ICT domain and working with Data Integration teams Bachelor degree in ICT Good understanding of Oracle and other Integration platforms Strong understanding of integration architecture options such as APIs Business transformation project experience is essential Demonstrated track record of working in medium to large projects, preferably in the Utility industry You’ll need to be detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills Strong Oracle knowledge is essential Experience in Government is desirable
