About the Role This Marketing Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, creative and digitally savvy marketer to join the team at one of Melbourne's major regional Shopping Centres. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will give you a broad scope of responsibilities and a chance to showcase and develop your marketing skills with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media. Role Responsibilities Contribute to marketing programme planning through the suggestion of innovative tactical campaign ideas to address key centre issues Aid in the analysis of marketing activity results and offer suggestions to inform future marketing activities Assist in management of digital and social channels - gather content, post content, monitor online community discussions Add value to promotional campaigns throughout the calendar through the sourcing of promotional partners/social marketing opportunities/ sponsors Assist with the execution of all marketing activities Manage marketing accounts payable ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures Assist in the development and maintenance of Centre retailer database The successful candidate Experience in a similar marketing position Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or Business A passion for digital marketing and managing social media channels An eagerness to grow and learn A positive and proactive attitude with strong initiative Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team
