We work remotely and do not have a physical office space. There is currently an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join us for 12 hours per week on a Work From Home basis. We are recruiting Australia-wide (you can apply from any state). This is a brand-new role created to free up the founder's time. Employment details The position is available immediately Remote work (work from home) Flexible Hours (time to be split over 4 or 5 days, as our Mailbox must be frequently monitored) Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020: Level 1 or 2, depending on experience About you We are looking for a friendly & motivated individual with strong administration and organisational skills. You must have the ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative. You must love technology, automation and systems.. we are always looking for ways to optimise and improve business processes. Prior experience working with an accounting firm is not required; however, an interest in finance will be highly regarded. Tasks & responsibilities Inbox Management (aiming for Inbox zero each day) Filing documents Management of Client Database On-boarding new clients Management of Customer Quotes/Proposals Introduction to some basic bookkeeping tasks, if you are interested
