Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

Key Responsibilities: Supply chain administration duties: keep track and updating inventory. Analyse operational performance and resolve issues that arise along the way with vendors or suppliers if necessary to ensure quality standards stay high throughout each operation, including shipping. Pallet administration duties: controlling inbound/outbound pallet movements, liaising with key stakeholders' data entry and admin duties Fleet allocator administration duties: manage a team of drivers to ensure optimisation of operations, creating efficiency and ensuring movement of freight is in accordance with schedules and deadlines. Customer service duties: help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services. General administration support duties: Filing, scanning and mail sorting and distribution, ad-hoc receptionist duties as required Skills & Experience Experience in transport or logistics is highly favoured Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management and organisational skills A high level of attention to detail Sound computer skills using the Microsoft Office Suite Capable of working in a team and autonomously Benefits: Multiple casual ongoing roles available with view to permanency Great team environment Variety of locations across Adelaide's central and northern suburbs Onsite parking
