The Role My client is a CBD-based professional services organisation that is on the lookout for their next temporary administrative professional! This role will see you providing administrative support to the Office Manager and COO. Day to day Meeting and greeting clients and customers In person and over the phone customer service Taking customer/client bookings General day-to-day office tasks Daily use of Excel spreadsheets, MS Office and Outlook Data entry/filing The Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient MS Office and Excel skills A customer-focused mindset Professional phone manner Arrangements Location- Sydney CBD Hours- Flexibility for full or part time, standard business hours Arrangements- Hybrid flexibility once training is complete Start date- ASAP Work type- 3- 6 month contract
