Our client, a highly renown international brand focusing on luxury and performance, is currently seeking a Receptionist/Host to join their powerhouse team. Be the face of the company at this architectural marvel spread over eight levels based in a convenient city fringe location. Duties include: Providing 5* customer service Ensuring all guests are greeted Arranging couriers Ordering office supplies Keeping the reception area tidy Answering and forwarding phone calls. Screening phone calls. Sorting and distributing post. Ad hoc admin as required Your qualities: Excellent organisation, communication and people skills Posses 5 star customer service Be well presented and professional at all times Be proficient with Outlook and other computer programs Have previous front line customer service experience in retail, hospitality or reception You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a corporate environment, be incredibly organised and enjoy taking initiative.
