Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
General office administration: including entering/coding invoices, expense management/monthly purchase card reconciliation, travel organisation, maintaining data, coordinating business card enquiries
Processing Refer a Friend EFPTOS cards and monitor funds uploads and cards deliveries
General email enquiries to be monitored and redirected to appropriate sales/community team member.
Email leads: Provide responses to general email enquiries. Try to qualify and assess specific locations of interest. Provide lead to sales associate/community manager.
Customer database: Entering general enquiries into Sales Force and allocating to the appropriate Sales Associate or redirecting Community Managers leads for pre-loved homes
Collateral: liaise with Sales Associate/ Community Manager to ensure all marketing collateral is up to date and available for events. Provide access to settlement and other gifts as required. Keep a log of all merchandise, maintain ordering system and stock levels.
Hometown internet: regularly review and provide feedback to sales associates/community managers of any discrepancies in homes for sale and information available on Hometown web pages.
Constantly monitoring and updating the 3rd party and Hometown websites to assure listings and project profiles accuracy
