Coaching and guiding retail team members on the reconciliation and accounts payable processes. Managing and reconciling store accounts Identifying and rectifying processing errors and applying corrective actions Entering and uploading invoices into SAP Post transactions into journals and reports Assisting with month end and year end processes Resolving invoice issues Verifying and setting up invoices for payment Management of payment invoices in a timely and efficient manner Working with the Wholesale team and receipting customer payments to their account. A truly varied role which requires effective communication skills, an inquisitive nature and a love of numbers and data. Some Accounts Receivable YOUR PROFILE An understanding or knowledge of basic accounting Experience in Accounts Payable is desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel Experience and preference to work autonomously SAP experience desirable An enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn Retail management experience ideal
