Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Responsibilities: Functional analysis on medium to large projects working closely with Fiserv and its clients in the financial sector Tasks will include liaising between Fiserv Project Delivery and the Client Cards Support and Business teams to ensure all parties share a common understanding of the functional requirements and solutions within a project Flexibility to work in a hybrid development methodology which combines elements of Agile and iterative Waterfall What are we looking for in a Senior Business Analyst? 5 years’ experience Cards & Payments platform/s Ability to produce requirements analysis, functional specification, technical analysis documentation for complex projects Adaptable to working within the considerations and guidelines of a pre-existing operational framework/relationship Strong analytical skills Strong negotiation/influencing skills Strong verbal and written communication/articulation skills Ability to commit to manage personal delivery to within expectations and timelines Ability to work independently and/or work as part of a team Professional approach and outlook and able to work in a flexible manner Willingness to engage in productive discussion Client-site experience, including requirements gathering and documentation Technically savvy, with prior hands-on experience
