Integration of all Automation products components and subsystems with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness on medium complexity (in terms of number of subsystems, interfaces and functionalities) Automation projects, providing the expected functionality, identifying all the possible issues and providing timely feedback to the Automation teams involved.
Accountability:
With reference to medium complexity (in terms of number of subsystems, interfaces and functionalities) Automation projects
• Ensure the identification, the analysis and the issuing of technical requirements relevant to the proposal/execution of projects involving all relevant internal/external parties and partners
• Ensure the definition of the architectures and products to be used for each project and ensure their technical integration, coherence and harmonization with company products
• Ensure Automation project execution in compliance with the project requirements and in alignment with the Company strategy
• Ensure the monitoring of projects progress status (internal and external activities) in terms of milestones achievements, actual cost vs budget analysis, corrective action identification and implementation
• Ensure the support to the bids/tender requiring automation solutions in terms of competences, cost evaluation, schedule, and effort analysis
• Ensure the definition of testing environment requirements and constrains suitable to allow a complete verification of the Automation platform/subsystems
• Ensure the Integration in laboratory of all needed components and subsystems for an effective testing
• Ensure the execution of complete product /subsystem tests aiming to cover all product functionalities, internal and external interfaces and the production of the relevant documentation
• Collaborate in the definition of the integration test strategy according to IMS quality requirements, with focus on re-use and requirements traceability
• Ensure the maintenance and tracking of configuration of the test environment including HW, SW , Tools, databases, and documentation
• Collaborate in defining «on field» vs «Lab» scope of work
• Support the execution of the on field tests (e.g. test environment preparation, addressing specific issues related to the field, ..)
• Ensure capitalization and sharing of knowledge (e.g. best practice, lesson learned)

Achievement of the assigned Key Performance Indicators
• On time and on budget achievement of assigned targets in accordance with project schedule and budget
• Quality of deliveries (no reworks, no change of plan due to technical issues, CPI, SPI)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer or Software Engineering or Information Technology At least 5 years’ experience in a V&V roles
