About the role:
Intro Recruitment Professional Solutions has been engaged to source an experienced Site Supervisor for a 4 month period to oversee and run 2 x fitout and refurbishment projects in Adelaide.
Duties:
Build and maintain strong rapport with site teams, internal and external stakeholders.
Site set outs, quality control and detailing
Manage the construction program while reporting to the Project Manager.
Manage OHS compliance on site including site inductions.
Management of trades and subcontractors on site
Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
Long and short-term programming
Defect inspections & reports
What you will need:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Leading Hand/Site Supervisor
Reporting/communication skills (via email) for senior management/stakeholders
A stable career history within the construction industry
Project Supervision experience up to $2M
Previous experience in Commercial or Industrial Projects is essential
The ability to read drawings & drive a program to meet deadlines
Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
Supervisors' licence & relevant trade qualifications
White Card & Police Clearance
An eye for detail, proficient computer skills, and a good communicator
Proven experience working in fast paced fitout projects
