Opportunity to earn equity in the company based on performance CAD workstation Key Requirements: Passionate about Manufacturing and Engineering Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering Degree Located in, or able to relocate to Sydney All costs covered by the company Independent worker Experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to think laterally Must provide a portfolio of past work (with Application) Be available for periods of travel, both domestically and internationally Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years working in a manufacturing environment Supply chain procurement and component sourcing experience Experience directing / scheduling work Technical Skills: Highly competent using Solidworks, both modeling & drawings Basic understanding of machining & tolerancing principles Strong grasp of DFM (design for manufacturing) principles Basic understanding of electronics Strong Mechanical Aptitude Ability to create SOPs (standard operation procedures) & Work instructions Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
