QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Must have an IT degree or equivalent. • 4 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, technical delivery, or a software engineer in medium to large environments. • Experience delivering IT compliance and risk, or cybersecurity project outcomes • Strong data analytics skills • Advanced experience of working with API’s • 4 years’ experience in designing, administering, and managing Microsoft stack but not limited to: M365, Azure, Power BI, exchange, SharePoint etc • Strong Service management background including problem management, change management and release and deployment management. • 4 years Cloud computing experience in Azure or AWS • Must have experience ITSM (preferably ServiceNow) • Advanced knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and Essential 8 • Australian work rights. • Hold a valid Working with Children Check or are willing to apply.
