Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Supporting Perth businesses' IT environment -Onsite, in-person visits to Perth customers, performs IT troubleshooting & consulting -Responding to inquiries/support tickets about software or hardware problems -Installing and downloading appropriate software -Ensuring efficient use of applications, equipment, implementing computer networks -Working on special IT improvement projects on businesses throughout Perth -Coordinate to internal staff members, managers and external contractors -Manage and perform special IT projects as required
Skills & Experience: -Knowledge on server OS's and applications such as MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365 Platforms/Applications, Patch Management, etc -Experience in RMM Solution such as Connectwise Automate -Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science -Previous Work Experience in: -Desktop Support -MS Office Support -Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP -Strong communication and customer service skill -Relevant Industry certifications would be highly regarded -Ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions -Must have Valid Driving License
