Experience with the full product development lifecycle and multiple releases of enterprise-class software products. Good knowledge of different software systems, client server architecture and various compatibility requirements. Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform task efficiently, within deadlines. Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems. Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills. Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality. Proven experience leading and mentoring team members. Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers. Ability to prepare, present and clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences. Possesses a high level of personal and professional accountability and be able to enlist the cooperation of peer groups involved in common business goals and objectives. Have the ability to meet changing demands and to adapt to frequently changing priorities. Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills along with proficient customer service skills.
