Delivery of robust, customer specific data, analysis and insights to each squad
Develop consistent metrics for customer data quality, coverage, consistency and availability
Delivery of reports on these metrics to the squad, for it to be able to complete their mission and to the wider business.
Solid relationships across the analytics chapter to develop and maintain analysis and reporting standards
Develop strong relationships with the product owner and other members of the squad
Analytics led culture: Increase in use of data, analytics and insights to drive performance. An increase in the areas of the business using analytics and reporting in their day to day activities
Skills, Experiences & Capabilities:
3 years experience in a digital or retail business with experience in data, analytics or insights (relevant to the specific squad)
Demonstrated capability in developing analytics and insight and communicating this to stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Strong technical skills across data, database marketing, data extraction, analytics and/or data visualisation
Strong ability to interpret analysis and derive meaningful insights which deepen our understanding of the customer and maximise business value
Experience working across at least 2 relevant areas: digital analytics, data development, analytics, reporting, data visualisation, insight delivery
Demonstrable ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders within analytics chapters and across cross functional squads
Ability to prioritise multiple concurrent pieces of work and deliver to agreed milestones whilst communicating any changes in scope or timelines
Demonstrable marketing, ecom or sales analytics experience. Domain knowledge of each squad mission is required for each role.
Proven experience of continuously improving individual outputs and contributing to the aim of the team to do the same.
Experience working in an agile organisation or with agile technology teams.
