About the Role:
As our Project Administrator you will work closely with the General Manager and other members of the projects team, to support the delivery of local residential projects. Being responsible for providing administrative support to key areas including executive, project development, sales, and construction.
Key activities:
Create and maintain property files
Assist in sourcing sales data, valuation, and specific property details
Coordination and inclusion in project meetings
Assist in preparing and updating legal documents
Liaise with consultants to get project updates, obtain information required and ensure documentation up to date
Assist the General Manager with preparation of detailed reports, agendas for meetings as required
Assist the Development Team in daily management of the project sales providing timely advice to all stakeholders and ensuring the stock register to ensure all information is current and accurate.
Provision of sales and administrative support to the internal and external projects sales agents
Experience & Skills required for the role:
Proven experience working in a customer focused environment developing strong customer relationships
Strong administration skills with proven experience in project administration activities
3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role in a construction, project, or property development/management company
Excellent IT skills, specifically in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the preparation of financial and legal documents
Qualifications in a related discipline; valuation, real estate management and sales administration, engineering, project management, legal or general business administration preferred
