Key Responsibilities Included: • Working with store and warehouse personnel in formulating and documenting the advancement and changes made in the business and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions • Creating templates and training documents for the systems and software’s used by the business. • Project planning and reporting including costing, resources used with the outcomes and challenges. • Helping in project’s decision making and bridging between the user and the programmers for any improvements in the system or app and how to make it efficient and user friendly. • Analysing the new process and changes made in the system and debugging if any problem occurs, or if something doesn’t align the business procedures. • Make business day to day operations efficient and optimal for everyone usage. • Creating and implementing functional solutions and changes in the system which helps in achieving business quality, growth, and their future goals. • Collecting the data from the warehouse and stores to make changes and improvements in the system. • Using data analysis techniques, analysing the daily operations within the warehouse. • Implementing a reporting and dashboards system to check the daily progress of the warehouse and stores for each department’s quality and efficiency. What You Will Bring: • Minimum of relevant Bachelor degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Logistics or Warehousing Industry will be preferred. • Advance Microsoft Office, Tableau, R and SQL Skills Required. • Ability to Commute/Relocate. • Full working rights – PR or Citizen will be preferred. • The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and have excellent time management skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks. • The ability to take initiative/work autonomously to manage your own workload and in a team environment to support a wider team and a client. • Fundamental project management experience, including development of basic project plans and successful execution. • The ability to work under pressure and handle stress in a demanding and fast paced environment.
