Position Summary:
The ICT Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist will be well versed in developing testing strategies for RPA solutions, with a special emphasis on Blue Prism. They will specify, develop, and write test plans and test scripts, produces test cases, carries out regression testing, and uses automated test software applications to test the behaviour, functionality, and integrity of systems, and documents the results of tests in defect reports and related documentation. They will be able to manage test teams and work closely with the client to ensure that client procedures and standards are adhered to.
Mandatory Skills:

Practical experience testing RPA solutions delivering over 10 processes in PROD
Be able to document the results of tests in defect reports and related documentation and able to present results to key stakeholders. RPA Tool Certification: Blue Prism Accredited Developer (AD01) Certified, Blue Prism Accredited Professional Developer (APD01) Certified, Solution Designer Preferred. Practical experience using RPA tools delivering over 10 processes in PROD Responsible for the design, communication, and implementation of testing strategies
Capable of playing a lead tester role and managing both onshore and offshore test teams Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition and maintenance, do effort estimation, Delivery planning, Software Quality Assurance
Experience in creating, maintaining, and managing technical quality assurance processes and guidelines Working on Support and Maintenance activities
Use agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD) and work closely with the Business Analyst and functional experts Deliver on assigned responsibilities adhering to coding standards, policies, and procedures
Work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues

Performing organisational systems architecture reviews and assessments, and recommending current and future hardware and software strategies and directions
Creating and reviewing technical documentation such as procedural, instructional, and operational guides and manuals
