Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

To help us level up you'll bring: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment • Strong skills in interpreting and communicating business requirements • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and document deliverables • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting concepts. • Understanding of SRE processes, the metrics and fundamentals of observability. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence • Experience with tools such as NewRelic or Prometheus. • Kubernetes knowledge. Sample of duties: • Lead the definition, prioritisation and implementation of requirements and new business processes with a focus on SRE • Regular engagement with different stakeholders in the business • Work with Sire Reliability Engineers and product owners to oversee implementation of changes towards business goals • Interpretation of business requirements and documentation of deliverables for product team • Improvement of integration across systems • Work with agile methodologies - daily stand-ups and sprints • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members in SRE analysis techniques
