ROLE DETAILS Main Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and grow relationships across multiple client stakeholders, leading to long term engagements with our clients.
Design and deliver holistic measurement solutions that encompass strategy, people, process, technology, and data pillars.
Design and deliver technical/data strategies and recommendations to maximise our client’s return on investment in their digital platforms, processes, and internal teams.
Assess and measure how our client’s customers traverse digital properties/assets, identify key customer journeys that lead to client KPIs, and highlight breakages and opportunities, all using our client’s instances of Adobe Analytics and/or - Google Analytics and other available technologies.
Create and present executive level, non-analyst dashboards using Adobe Analytics Workspace, Google Data Studio, Domo, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau that empower executive and senior business stakeholders to make data driven decisions, without a deep understanding of digital analytics.
Work closely with our client’s developers to test and debug measurement and experimentation code against expected outcomes, both in the browser and in the appropriate platform/s.
Manage all aspects of our client’s Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Google Marketing Platform, including tracking/tagging implementation, data integration and governance, dashboarding, reporting and regular health checks. Identify, prioritise, build, and analyse data driven experimentation and personalisation activities, using our client’s instances of Adobe Target, Optimizely or Google Optimize and relevant data.
Use our client’s quantitative and qualitative data to make clear recommendations on how they can improve their customer experience and digital conversion.
Act as a key part of the initial engagement with our clients, establish a presence, and be able to lead and guide the ongoing relationship.
Accurately estimate work effort for new statements of work and work closely with Delivery team to actively manage our client’s expectations and scope against the estimate.
Produce clear business benefits and demonstrable value by consistently delivering against our client’s objectives and expectations.
Proactively drive the progress and delivery of an engagement from its initial inception to completion (and beyond) across diverse stakeholders.
Develop and produce business and technical documentation connecting multiple platforms and services reflecting our client’s requirements and industry best practice.
Develop and produce code artefacts to conduct the functionality required of the solution design, including data collection and ingestion, API/server to server integrations, and database management.
Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations across our team and clients.
Demonstrate industry knowledge and leadership by creating and sharing content, including commenting on trends/articles, for our blog and LinkedIn presence.
Work closely with our delivery management team to ensure our clients are always informed, engaged and happy.
Respond to and participate in new business opportunities, including the preparation of and delivery of pitch presentations and new statements of work.
Provide direct people management, ensuing alignment with their job description and current development plan.
Key Selection Criteria:
5yrs+ experience in a consulting, specialist, or similar role.
3yrs+ people management experience.
5yrs+ hands on experience using the Google Marketing Platform (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, BigQuery, Google Optimize) and the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager). 5yrs+ experience in capturing and documenting measurement requirements for business audiences and delivering technical specifications for developers for implementation and testing.
Understanding of how web browsers operate, with the ability to read and write simple JavaScript for tag management, using the browser console for debugging, and understanding CSS and HTML for experimentation and personalisation.
