All about the role
Advising technical and product-oriented stakeholders how to deliver best practice customer experiences. She consults with our client’s digital team to support their web content activities while applying design thinking.
Advise on best practice delivery of a distributed, enterprise content management model - ensuring the experience is optimal for users with an appropriate workflow, governance, and control measures are in place for content changes.
You advise and assist with research, analyze and produce content for websites with software programming and scripting languages.
Consult with stakeholders to capture requirements to develop user stories for documentation and development plans. Writing, updating and maintaining technical, end user and operational documentation in the company database.
Your priorities are led by customer and company goals and assisting with and developing imaging, presentations, Internet applications and web pages using multimedia software and interactive graphics
Manage and deliver key web-based projects including re-price, product trials and SEO recommendations to increase traffic, improve site performance and customer experience.
What’s in your toolkit?
Bachelor level degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated at least two years of experience in a similar role
You are able to advise on best practice customer experiences
You connect the links between system, customer and design and educate your stakeholders
You have a strong working knowledge of CSS/SASS, HTML and the ability to build templates
You have a strong understanding of both the Design Thinking and the SDLC
