Responsibilities • Write user stories to capture requirements and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with solution designers and architecture to finalise software solution • Provide requirement walkthroughs to management. • Perform business readiness activities and post implementation review • Working with users to formulate and document business requirements • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour • Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects • Analyse and discover the features in close collaboration with Product Owner, Subject matter experts and management. • Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system • Conduct formal training classes to team members • Lead discovery (analysis and design) activities • Developing functional specifications for use by system developers • Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software and act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project • Identify and communicate any potential issues or delay to the Business manager where appropriate
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Significant work experience to substitute the qualification. • At least 2 years of years of relevant practical professional experience. • Superior Customer Service skills and solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Experience across technologies listed below will be favourably regarded: o Microsoft Servers & Desktop Operating Systems o Microsoft Azure and Office 365 o Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerBI o Project management platform (Monday) o Contact centre telephone platform and reporting o Network LAN/WAN technologies o Microsoft Exchange o Active Directory o Call centre technology o VMware Horizon | VDIs o End user hardware, peripherals and printers o Collaboration tools Zoom, Webex & Google o Knowledge of IT support methodologies (e.g., ITIL)
