About your new role
As a committed team player, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for building technical requirements and leading data migration (on-prem to the cloud) enabling a high-quality business solution in an Agile context.
What you will need to exceed
Facilitate clear and open communication between business stakeholders, developers, and the vendor
Be instrumental to identify, develop, document, validate and drive endorsement of key integration requirements
Support Project Director to set up and participate in Agile framework and ceremonies to deliver project
Lead and deliver major and minor work packages focussed on Business Process Re- engineering and Business Process Modelling, Data and Financial Modelling, seeking to create business value
Lead and shape the business process. This will mean reviewing requirements, current state technology. Looking at as-is/ to-be state and leading the delivery of the data transformation.
Lead and drive the selection of methods, tools, techniques (for waterfall, iterative and agile) for business analysis approaches, including produce, maintain and implement the appropriate business analysis documentation and plans.
Identify and respond to emerging trends and opportunities for business analysis, leading change to improve service performance and/or products to resolve major business analysis challenges
