Able to articulate the application requirements and convert the same to Appian
Work with Appian Consultants and developers to deliver projects. Provide practical solutions to customer following agile practices. In-depth experience in leading team and delivering end to end projects using Agile methodology
Work closely with project’s Product Owners / Business Analyst/Enterprise Architects to understand requirements and advise on technical capabilities/limitations of Appian
Able to elaborate use cases in Appian by providing low level and high-level designs Integrate Appian with legacy applications, design custom plugins, where necessary
Guide the team, Mentor teams, Juniors and provide proper guidance and ensure adherence to best practices. Help set governance and administration models on Appian for the organization
Mandatory Skills & Experience: Must have
Must have Appian Senior certification. Preferred to have Appian Lead Certification
5+ years of Industry experience with a minimum of 3 years experience on Appian
Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
Must have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, SAIL features, Reports, Deployment etc.
Strong experience in stakeholder management and interacting with customers
Experience in designing database tables and stored procedures
Experience in creating integrations, connected systems
Experience in analyzing health checks, DevOps, performance standards for testing
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with Architects, Product owners, Clients & Other stakeholders
Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodology
Experience in working with large teams
Desirable Skills & Experience: Would be nice to have:
Writing plugins, components, connected system
Prior work experience with Appian Professional Services/ Customer Success teams
Exposure to any RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism
Experience in one or more Domains - Banking, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector and Telecom Domains
Experience in any other technologies like Java
Team mentoring and team leading experience
