The Role:
This includes working closely with our Director of Engineering and CTO, contributing to the technical strategy and delivery of this core part of our product across web, iOS and Android.
You will also be a key partner to our Product Managers within this space. You will be a people manager, accountable for the operational state of systems, lead key projects and sprints, and play a core role in our long-live teams that navigate our Engineering roadmap into the future.
You will drive a high performance and growth culture, and ensure technical excellence throughout delivery of team OKRs.
You will be a strong advocate for the customer journey across our product, and effectively prioritise workloads within your team to drive commercial performance for Airtasker.
