Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: • Conduct interviews with users to classify, investigate and evaluate diverse workflow • Engage with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements • Analyse existing system limitations and propose improved technical solutions for the clients • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system and software solutions. • Isolate and check for the business process inefficiencies and provide functional solutions • Develop system software solutions, using data and process modelling techniques. • Consult with stakeholders in the businesses to improve existing technological infrastructure • Engage with developers for improved functionality of software and applications • Responsible for the maintenance of the existing ERP system (Clear Objective) and development of IT infrastructure and systems • Act as a single source of information for effective decision making • Prepare high-level technical materials for proposals, ensuring alignment of the solutions with the business needs of the clients Requirements and Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years of local work experience in a similar role is essential. • Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant qualification in IT or a related field. • Experience in Business Development Tools and CMS platform. • Experience in use and implementation of software such as Meat Matrix, People key Skills and Competencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to identify and solve problems and think outside the box. • Understanding of Australian business market. Local experience desirable but not essential • Ability to work in cross functional and geographically distributed teams. • Ability to assist Management and work with teams/colleagues
