Position: ICT Business Analyst Reporting to the Managing Director, you will proactively work with the business users to refine and develop CRM and other applications and drive business objectives. Additionally, you will analyse security information to ensure integrity of all data is maintained and statutory obligations are adhered to.
MAIN DUTIES • Supporting the overall objectives and strategic direction of IT Manager and Director of the Sunnyview Homes. • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. • Identify business processes and work procedures to identify gaps and inefficiencies to develop optimal business and workplace practices to be in place for employees. • Deal with the customers to formulate and document their requirements by conducting workshops to provide professional level consultancy. • Apply end to end data and business process modelling techniques to develop a visual representation of activity flow and control logic of set related tasks. • Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications of internal CRM system. • Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications; recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures. • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions if needed. • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential of all IT systems in the business. • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports of all construction projects. • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. • Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes. • Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
