Responsibilities include: • Play an integral part in qualification of Enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis • Deep understanding of the customer’s business and their top objectives at various organisational levels • Building a high degree of mindshare for our solutions and company within the key stakeholders in your account list • Demonstrations of the product and platform, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers in-person and via web conference • Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with internal teams to write compelling solution and price proposals detailing how Innovapptive’s solutions will address business needs • Build and maintain an account map, plan for each customer, and develop close relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts • Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients about Innovapptive’s product functionality and its value proposition • Lead strategic account pursuits from both sales and technical solution perspectives being a single point of contact for Innovapptive’s prospective customers. • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents • Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc. • Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors • In conjunction with Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations etc. in preparation for deployment • Work with the customer and the professional services team as a consultant to achieve the customer’s value as needed. • Act as the Innovapptive’s subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events • Understand and align to Innovapptive’s tailored sales process as it relates to Innovapptive’s overall strategies and Objectives • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization. • Preparation of sales reports • Sales follow up with clients.
Requirements: • Tertiary degree qualified in a related field (Commerce, Marketing, Management, Business etc.) • Minimum of eight (8) years of strong Account Management and sales relationship management experience • At-least five (5) years of technical and sales experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) or CMMS Platforms like SAP PM, MM, IBM Maximo etc. • At-least three (3) years of sales and solution engineering experience in two or more business domains with companies operating in Mining, Oil and Gas, Chemicals and Manufacturing • Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product functionality, technical design, and limitations to various levels of prospect/ customer’s organization right from CXO level to Business SMEs, Program Managers and IT Teams • Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
