JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking a full time Customer Support Specialist - Japanese Market who will be responsible for supporting our existing Japanese customers.
The Customer Support Specialist - Japanese Market will generally be responsible for performing the following duties:
• support our existing Japanese customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone and via ticket system
• manage workload via the ticketing system
• be the first line in our customer support experience
• show our software solutions to customers that will solve their individual IT challenges
• work closely with all members of the Customer Support Team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers
• work with sales and second level team to provide solutions to our customer
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE Criteria which will be used for recruitment and selection for this role:
• qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training or relevant employment experience
• business level fluency of Japanese and English languages. Any other APAC languages are an advantage
• knowledge of operating systems and experience with at least two of the following; Windows®, Mac OS®, Linux®, iOS®, Android®
• experience working in customer support via phone and ticketing system
• determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• ability to work independently is just as important as team spirit
• strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • a base annual salary in the range of AUD $50,000 to AUD $60,000 (dependent on experience)
• contract location is Adelaide, Australia
