Key Responsibilities
Work on-site or remotely as part of a team to deliver Archer software solutions to our customers. Represent Securus in a professional manner to customers, partners and other personnel at all times Capture and document the customer’s business processes and functional and non-functional requirements. Create detailed design of Archer-based solutions that meet the business requirements and constraints Implement, integrate, and test Archer solutions, including product configuration, functional testing and integrations with other applications. Assist with transitioning solutions to business-as-usual operations, including change management, knowledge sharing & training, documentation, issue resolution, and support transition activities. Adhere to and maintain a strong understanding of the Archer services portfolio, underlying technologies, best practices and delivery methodology. Provide consulting services to customers and partners on Archer products and solutions. Assist from time to time with services pre-sales activities and project management activities. Maintain an active knowledge of current industry trends and new technologies. Travel may be required from time to time.
Education & Experience
Previous Archer configuration and implementation experience with non-government clients in Australia and overseas, particularly the financial industry, will be advantageous. Background in consulting at a variety of companies in various industries including but not limited to Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Information Technology, and Statutory organizations. An excellent understanding of business process, web forms-based data capture, workflow, data integration (CSV, XML, API), and databases (preferably SQL). Excellent verbal and written English skills, including developing technical documentation and operational guides
Preferred Skills
A good understanding of information, application, and network security, and platform technologies including Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, clustered and HA environments, system administration and monitoring. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
