You will be responsible for the analysis of client business needs and that the solutions provided are inline with their strategy, technology and security objectives.

Candidates must have the the following experience
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role
Microsoft 365 Tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune and OneDrive
Previous experience within an MSP (Managed Service Provider).
System Engineer is responsible for resolving Level 2 and 3 support requests whilst mentoring them and equipping them with knowledge
Previous experience with Microsoft Cyber Security Solutions
Relevant current industry certifications [Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or other]
Candidates with Technical experience across multiple ICT systems and networks including the implementation and administration will be favoured:
Active Directory, Azure AD, GPO, WSUS, DNS & DHCP
Public Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)
Cyber security, risks and controls within systems and user devices
General Line of Business Application Support
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
Network Platforms (Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, Ubiquiti)
PowerShell Scripting and/other scripting languages
Unified Communications, SIP and VOIP (Teams, 3CX, Maxo)
Database Platforms (SQL, MongoDB, Firestore)
