Main Duties • Create and drive business cases and delivery to ensure products are in line with Webull group’s strategy. • Transfer high-level group product strategy into detailed business requirement documents. • Manage business requirement documentation and work closely with the developers to ensure the system design matches business and customer expectations.
• Work with key stakeholders across the business and externally to understand customer insights and feedback, competitive positioning, customer research, usage data and regulatory changes, to identify trends, and develop recommendations and options for new initiatives and product enhancements. • Perform functional testing of features for release cycles, including creating/executing test cases, raising defects, and maintaining defect logs and documentation. • Responsible for pre-launch communication including demo, training and FAQs to ensure the adequate change management process is implemented. • Lead BAU product management activities including product reviews and reporting across Product Portfolios. • Act as a subject matter expert to provide system design suggestions and support cross-function project implementation.

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or highly knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.
Employment Experience • Working experience of more than 3 years as part of business analyst, product management or digital platform team. • Working experience of more than 3 years in financial service industry
