We are seeking a Paging & Messaging Engineer who can facilitate and manage the interactive relationship between the Client and Operational Team. Key Responsibilities Include: • Identifying trends and escalating support queries to the Team Leader or 3rd party provider as required • Maintain positive relationships with the members of their voice and management team • Conducting product development and coding • Delivering technology solutions in the healthcare industry • Monitoring incoming, current and outstanding support tickets and requests, prioritising requests for resolution in line with agreed service levels, priority guidelines, escalation procedures and managerial direction • Producing accurate, complete and concise documentation. • Providing a high level of customer service to ensure the proactive and efficient use of Nexon’s systems and tools. • Ensuring change request/project work is completed as agreed and within communicated SLA’s, providing regular updates as they progress. • Integrating to third-party systems using TCP/IP, Serial, Web API • Completing SIP Integrations
Personal Attributes Sought:
• Experience working in Health care environment highly regarded • Experience with Paging, Messaging, Integration and Middleware applications • Confident working with Databases – Microsoft SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL • Previous exposure to RF Paging infrastructure – transmitters, antennas, pagers • Experience in building applications / integrations with C# or other programming languages • Experience working in an environment delivering on contractual SLA expectations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills · Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
