Essential Skills & Experience:
• Hands-On Experience in Leading, Defining and Implementing key TOSCA features in Automation assignment like Requirement Mapping, Test Case Design, Test Case creation, Test Execution and Modules Identify and propose value adding Test Automation solutions appropriate for each Business area, domain, platform (APIs, desktop applications, Web Applications, Mobile, Salesforce, SAP and Mainframe etc.) • Development of rollout and deployment of test automation framework, testing processes and procedures using TOSCA Tool. • Configuring server and client components of Tricentis Tosca • Writing TQLs (Tosca Query Language) for different tasks as per scope of work. • Strong understanding of CI / CD Integration, including integrating TOSCA automation in the DevOps pipeline. • Good knowledge in Automation Testing and can carry out Automation domain expert consulting activities. • Responsible for resolving technical issues being faced by Automation Engineer Team Members while carrying out Scripting, Test Execution & reporting activities. • Responsible for supporting the Automation Lead in creating and maintaining the Test Plan and Test Strategy as per defined schedule. • Good experience in implementing best practices specific to the test planning, Automation scripting, test execution & reporting activities processes. • Implementing Customization based on Customer specifications and integration of Tosca (custom controls, Special Execution Tasks like recovery purposes etc). • Good experience in reviewing the Automation deliverables & suggesting improvements if any. • Ability to work independently in Agile / Scrum / Sprint and drive application Automation using TOSCA (Functional / In-Sprint / API / DB / Web / Mobile / Regression / E2E). • Ability to drive Test Automation Programs and own the accountability for successful delivery. • Work with client stakeholders to understand Test Automation requirements and ensure they are transitioned to the geo. • Helping to mature internal processes and share your expertise. • Holding webinars and other forms of (massive) online training to Mentor and coach new hires.
