You’ll be responsible for:
Design, develop and maintain our new and existing high traffic web applications
Design, develop & manage Big Data applications and associated processes
Manage & guide a team of offshore developers in developing new applications & features
Manage end to end development & deployment process with the onsite/offshore team as per the specifications
Do R&D as and when needed to improve the performance and scalability of applications & infrastructure
Work along with the product owners in planning, estimation, and delivery of product features
About You:
To qualify for these roles, the following attributes, skills and qualifications are essential:
At least 7 years of commercial Web development experience using PHP MVC frameworks preferably Symfony/Laravel
At least 3 years of experience handling Big Data & associated analytics
At least 2 years of experience in PrestoDB, Python, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, AWS Glue & PostgreSQL
Solid AWS infrastructure experience using RDS, EC2, ELB, EMR, VPC, IAM, S3, API Gateway & CloudFormation is a must
Have strong experience in HTML5, LESS/SASS & Mobile first development
2+ years of solid & recent experience in VueJs developing SPAs using REST APIs
Solid understanding of Web standards, security protocols, Apache & Linux
5+ years of experience in CI/CD, Git and Bitbucket
PHP unit testing experience using PHPUnit or similar frameworks
Experience in integrating 3rd party application using REST APIs
Proven experience in developing fast, scalable & secure Web applications
Accurate with strong attention to detail & Good communication skills
Experience in front end testing frameworks such as JEST
At least 3 years of exposure to Agile development methodologies.
