Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Analyse market & industry trends to understand market conditions, competition, cross industry expertise, andhow to leverage to existing product base. Conduct market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, aligning on time and needs, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product and/or service introduction and developing and executingmarketing strategies. Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after installation and work with both hardware and software technical teams to ensure success. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Support, and lead the launch of products and services for customer trials Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the requirements and identify solutions Assist in the development of new hardware’s and products Project manage installations for new products and customers Maintains professional and technical knowledge byattending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Skills & Experience Required: Business Related degree or diploma preferred. Relevant work experience can be taken in lieu of a formaleducation. 4-10 years of related experience in a similar role. Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders Ecommerce systems knowledge & working knowledge of digital applications in commercial refrigeration Must be fluent in MS Offi ce, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven analytical skills to lead teams, defi ne issues, collect data, draw valid conclusions, and presentrecommendations. Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internaland external team players to create solutions to meet client needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, eff ectively lead multiple activities with competing deadlines; ability toset and attain goals through others. Excellent organizational and analytical skills and detail orientation. Strong business and fi nancial acumen including the ability to build business cases.
