We are currently looking for a full-time ICT Business Analyst to join our company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Document business requirements • Analyse business processes, policies, and other relevant artefacts • Prepare project proposals • Perform feasibility studies, assess risk & formulate solutions • Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops • Analyse findings and create strategic and operational improvements To be considered for this role: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role • Hold a tertiary qualification in an Information Technology-related field • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
