Primary or Mandatory Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Solution Design in the Telecom Domain. Be-spoke and projects involving Cognitive/AI technologies. Extensive experience in analysis using Lean & Six Sigma and lifecycle management through Agile & SCRUM methodologies. Adept at managing Functional/System Specifications and conceptualizing Solutions for complex and large-scale business transformation projects. Role & Responsibility :
Managing analysis, design and solutioning for RPA, Enterprise Mobility, Cognitive/AI and be-spoke Software Development projects. Participate in large scale RFI, RFQ & RFP evaluation and submission for brownfield and greenfield projects. Identify gaps in existing systems/processes and propose innovative solutions that have the potential to truly transform the business from its current state, improve bottom line and propel the business into the future. Analyze business requirements in detail and, where appropriate, prepare functional specifications for a proposed new (or changed) process/system. Interact with business owners to learn and document requirements and devise technical solutions to meet the ask. Ensure documentation (requirement analysis, impact analysis, solution design, test plan) is complete and accurate for every delivery/ release. Will be involved in solution design for projects as may be specified by the functional / technical specifications by utilizing the appropriate protocol knowledge, programming and database understanding. Translate user/functional requirements to technical requirements and work with development team to bring solutions to life. Coordinate between project sponsor, project team, associate teams and implementation team for smooth implementation of the process/system. Ensure detailed and clear communication is performed with all stake holders as per the RACI matrix thru appropriate formal and informal communications channels. Planning and manage projects end- to- end with desired outcomes and deliver as per commitments and ensure error-free deployment of tested applications and systems. Conducting gap analysis to be able to meet stakeholder needs and requirements and be able to provide solutions and suggestions for needs and problems. Ability to establish facts and develop conclusions and recommendations following detailed assessment and analysis obtained from Project Charter and objectives obtained from Stakeholder/ end user requirements. Ensure highest level of quality is maintained for all projects. Minimum defects are encountered during UAT/BRT and all identified defects are fixed/mitigated within acceptable timeframes. No defects are encountered post Go Live. Standards and methodologies from Six Sigma and LEAN are adopted in projects to ensure globally accepted output from projects. Competencies:
