Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
• Work with project teams, technology stakeholders and vendors ensuring that the design, development and implementation of application programs and services are performed within project milestones • Development, testing and implementation phases ensuring that all deliverables meet the set expectations • Infrastructure setup, requirement analysis, system design and configuration, deployment and Production Support • writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards • writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures • providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades • Engage with multiple internal technology teams including infrastructure, middleware, network/system admin, enterprise security to design and develop solutions • Understand business requirements and implement technical solutions in an efficient way • Analyze data, debug technical issues and provide remediation • Provide input for the creation of technology related project documents including functional and detailed design documents ensuring that the design meets the requirement and provides technical details to other development teams • Provide required application support during system failures • Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies

• Strong knowledge of Banking • Should have experience in the areas of Technology solution/product implementation • Should have good communication skills. • Excellent SQL and ETL skills. • To have exposure to either a product development or a product implementation life cycle, is desirable • Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures; • Hands-on experience on Interpreting data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports; Ability to analyze large datasets • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
